打工仔大呻一諗起返工就心嗡 好奇前幾代人點捱 網民:以前為生計,依家係被公司剝削

打工一族壓力大,不少人面對「返工症候群」,一諗起要返office就心情低落。近日有網民在討論區「連登」發文大呻,指自己因返工「好攰、好大壓力」,車程要一個半鐘,返到屋企瞓覺時間「亂晒龍」,直言「一諗返工就心嗡」,更揚言如果公司要求增加返office日數,自己會「即刻劈炮唔撈」。

 

網民呻返公司根本多餘

事主坦言,除咗返工時間外,生活其實「好充實」,問題在於返office嘅「所謂儀式」根本冇意思。佢強調,疫情期間已證明 在家工作(WFH)同樣有效率,但好多公司仍堅持要求員工回到辦公室,令佢覺得「真係好陰公」。

 

 

以前為生存,依家係剝削

帖文引起大批網民共鳴,有人指出,以前人返工多數係為咗養家,「以前生活無咁多娛樂,真係為生計,分分鐘小學畢業就要出社會」。


但佢批評現代職場文化,老闆「只係想搾乾員工,完全唔當佢哋係人」,仲舉例「打風都要返工嘅基層」,形容現代職場根本係一種壓榨。

 

其實都係習慣問題

不過亦有網民認為,長時間工作係由細開始訓練,「小學每日返學8個鐘,中學六年都係朝八晚四,大學仲要兼part-time」。


佢指能否捱落去「係習慣問題」,只要慢慢適應,加上懂得偷時間休息,「返學又好返工又好,都要識飲啖水、去下廁所、發下白日夢」。

 

「無必要同前代比較」

有網民提醒,不需要將自己與前幾代人比較,「以前人返工係為生存,但依家唔一定要咁chur爆自己」。有人直言:「有資源就過自己想過嘅生活,唔好為人而活,更加唔洗幫啲淨係壓榨人嘅公司。」

 

 

網民點出環境轉變:

-以前冇咁多寫字樓工,大多體力勞動;

-過去無電腦,工作必須返公司處理文件;

-而家網絡已普及,理論上WFH一樣做到嘢,但問題係老闆心態未轉變。

 

有人慨嘆讀書時已經burnout

部分網民更認為,香港年輕人由讀書時期已經被壓榨,「細個已經每日返學再補習,星期六日都要學興趣班,去到大學仲要返part-time」,形容「我哋呢代讀書嗰陣已經burnout,仲邊有動力去返工?」

 

討論反映了不同世代對「返工文化」的認知差異。上一輩人認為「捱」係生存所需,但年輕人眼中,返工只是制度性枷鎖,甚至質疑「返office」是否有實際意義。當WFH已被證明有效率,僱主與打工仔如何在 工作效率、公司文化及員工心理健康 之間找到平衡,將成為未來職場的重要課題。
